The time bombs are your problem on this level, not the order itself. You can get the issue under control by focusing 80% of your play on one side of the board alone. Bring the bombs out onto the field of play by making moves on the bottom rows – sometimes making a move on the bottom on the opposite side will still bring candy down in the columns you need to diffuse the bombs. Try to keep a colour bomb handy to get hard to reach bombs, and make striped candy whenever you can, whatever the colour.
If you end up with under 10 of each colour left to get, and you have a time bomb with 10 moves on the screen, focus on getting that candy instead of diffusing the time bomb. Those moves should be enough for you to get the final pieces for your order before the time bomb explodes.
