Basic Controls:
In the controls menu, turn on Motion controls to use your device’s gyroscope to change direction. Use control sensitivity to tune the device’s input response.
Land & Sea Vehicle Controls:
Turn on motion to enable vehicle steering with your device’s gyroscope. Select Stick for analog steering or Arrows for immediate steering. Select the Step slider for precise throttle or Pedals for simple throttle.
Bike Controls:
When on a motorcycle, drag the V-Stick sideways to lean.
Hold the throttle while leaning back to do a wheelie. Hold the brake while leaning forward to do a stoppie. Hold both throttle and brake at low speed to do a burnout. Brake and steer to drift.
Helicopter Controls:
Drag the V-Stick to control tilt. Use the arrows to control altitude.
Plane Controls:
Drag the V-Stick to control tilt. Use the Slider to control thrust. Use the Pedal to brake while on the ground.
Hyvel Controls:
Tap the vehicular toggle to switch between altitude or thrust control.
Movement:
Slowly drag the V-stick to walk and drag it forward to run. Tap and hold the Sprint icon to run faster, jump over gaps, and leap over obstacles.
Camera:
Drag your finger across the screen to move the camera around. Double-tap the screen to reset the camera.
Targeting:
Tap on pedestrians or vehicles to target them. This will lock the view on your target and cause you to move around it. If you attack without targeting a character or vehicle, the greatest treat will be automatically targeted.
Attack:
When fists or melee weapons are equipped, tap the attack icon to perform a quick strike. Hold the Attack icon to perform a strong strike. When equipping a firearm, tap or hold the Attack icon to shoot. Drag across the Weapon selector to browse currently equipped weapons.
Drive-by:
When a one-handed firearm is equipped, tap or hold the Attack icon to shoot from a car, motorcycle or boat.
